Mynavi Corporation, through its healthcare and nursing support media 'Mynavi Medical Saponet,' has released the 'Nursing White Paper 2026,' based on a survey of 406 registered members of its nursing recruitment service. The survey found that 37.0% of nurses are satisfied with their current jobs, with the highest satisfaction rate among those in their 20s (41.3%). However, 66.8% stated that their salary does not match their responsibilities, with the majority seeking a raise of 30% or more. Furthermore, 67.0% reported a lack of financial leeway, and income-related concerns were the most cited anxiety for the future. Additionally, 86.1% expressed little expectation for salary improvements across the nursing industry, highlighting deep-seated concerns about both current financial status and long-term career prospects.
