This marks the brand’s entry into Aira City, as it accelerates its rapid growth toward a nationwide network of 100 stores—currently with 35 locations confirmed. We aim to deliver a new culinary experience to local customers, featuring authentic medicinal herb-based soups and the ability to create personalized bowls of malatang.

Over 50 Ingredients to Choose From – The Joy of Crafting Your One-of-a-Kind Bowl

Inside the restaurant, we offer approximately 50 types of fresh ingredients, including vegetables, meats, seafood, and processed foods.

Customers can freely select and combine their favorite ingredients to enjoy a completely original malatang bowl.

Our store adopts an experiential service model, where customers enjoy the entire process—from selecting ingredients for their bowl to the final completion.

Through the fun of choosing and the excitement of combining ingredients, we aim to make not only the malatang itself but also the entire process an entertaining experience.

The original 'Malatang' features a rich chicken bone broth simmered daily, blended with a proprietary spice mix, delivering an addictive level of spiciness. *Note: The '0 spice' option contains no spicy ingredients.

The 'Tomato Malatang' blends the original malatang base with the refreshing acidity of tomatoes, creating a smooth and easy-to-eat flavor profile.

The 'Dry-Style Malatang' offers a unique taste experience without broth, featuring a special spice blend and nutty aromas. *Note: This option is only available at 0.5 spice level.

Additionally, broth spiciness is fully customizable. Whether you crave extreme heat, want to savor the medicinal umami depth, or are dining with family, every customer can experience their own perfect taste.
