COURSE EXPO to be held at Odawara Kita High School

Naito Office announced that it will hold an experiential corporate briefing for high school students, 'COURSE EXPO,' at Kanagawa Prefectural Odawara Kita High School on June 18, 2026. Approximately 190 students from grades 1 to 3 are expected to participate. 22 local companies will exhibit, providing a space for students to deepen their understanding of work by 'seeing, touching, and experiencing' actual tasks. Unlike traditional briefings, this event aims to help students form concrete images of working through hands-on experience and interaction with employees. This initiative addresses the mismatch between students and companies caused by the difficulty of conveying company atmosphere through job postings alone.
