Stadium Development Plan Request Submitted to Katsushika Ward on 3/31

Nankatsu SC Co., Ltd. visited Katsushika Ward Mayor Katsunori Aoki on March 31, 2026, and submitted a request regarding stadium development plans. Representing Nankatsu SC at the meeting were President and Representative Director Yoichi Takahashi and Managing Director and Representative Director Yoshihiro Iwamoto.

Currently, Nankatsu SC Co., Ltd. is responsible for the procurement of stadium maintenance and operational funds, and is proceeding with considerations based on the premise of sustainable operations. Based on this, we made the following three requests to Katsushika Ward:

* Early realization of a stadium concept that will further enhance Katsushika Ward's appeal. * Establishment of a "Captain Tsubasa Museum" within the stadium development site. * Signing of a partnership agreement to further enhance community contribution through sports.

During the meeting, opinions were exchanged on the "importance of proceeding with the understanding of ward residents" and "building a sustainable operational system" for stadium development. Mayor Aoki emphasized the importance of proceeding in a long-term sustainable manner, incorporating expert knowledge, and stated his positive view that "sports are an important element in enhancing regional appeal, and we want to proceed while broadening understanding."

Managing Director Iwamoto stated, "Proceeding with private sector initiatives leads to the realization of better facilities," and expressed his view that "timing is crucial for fundraising, and we want to move forward without missing opportunities." Furthermore, he shared with Mayor Aoki an understanding to proceed with a sense of speed regarding the period until public proposals are widely solicited for further advancing the stadium concept.

Nankatsu SC will continue to work towards the realization of a new sports hub in Katsushika Ward and community contribution through sports, in cooperation with residents, the administration, and partners.
