Naris Cosmetics Co., Ltd. (Representative: Hiroyoshi Muraoka, Headquarters: Fukushima-ku, Osaka) announced that its flagship product, 'exfoliating lotion,' has ranked No. 1 in domestic market share for 11 consecutive years, based on a 2025 fiscal year survey. The market, which reached a peak of 19.9 billion yen in 2019, hit a low of 15.8 billion yen in 2023 but has shown signs of recovery, reaching 17.1 billion yen in 2025. This growth is driven by new market entrants and an increase in low-priced products. Naris holds a 14.0% market share.

While top-tier companies remain stagnant, the market is seeing an influx of new players and multi-functional products. The 'Nature Conc' brand, sold in drugstores, has grown by 111% year-on-year, with a repeat rate of 51.6%. In direct sales, the company is renewing its 'Luque' brand, launching 'Luque Conc' on May 21 and the multi-functional 'All-Purpose Lotion' on July 21 to attract new users.

Naris is also promoting its patented 'White Kidney Bean Extract,' having designated April 8 as 'White Kidney Bean Extract Day.' Since its founding in 1932, the company has focused on the philosophy of 'exfoliating before nourishing,' a principle derived from 90 years of stratum corneum research.
