Accident Scenario: XYZ Airlines Flight 000, while landing on Runway 34L at Runway A, experienced a hard landing due to crosswinds, making contact with the No. 1 engine. Subsequently, it veered off Runway A and came to a stop on a grassy area. Leaked fuel ignited, causing a fire on the lower part of the aircraft.

Emergency slides were deployed from the aircraft, and passengers and crew began evacuating promptly. However, it appears that numerous injuries have occurred onboard.

*1 Emargo Training System

A tabletop training system developed in Sweden. It uses magnetic figures representing victims on a whiteboard, strategically operated by related organizations such as police, fire departments, and medical services. Positioned between practical and tabletop exercises, it allows participating organizations to share the objectives and strategies of disaster response and gain a bird's-eye view of the overall disaster response, not just their own agency's activities.

*2 Narita International Airport Aviation Disaster Countermeasure Council (Secretariat: Narita International Airport Corporation)

Composed of 52 organizations including police, fire departments, and medical services, it was established in July 2018 with the aim of formulating the Narita International Airport Aircraft Accident Emergency Response Plan and strengthening the cooperation and collaboration systems among various organizations.
