Announcement of Participation in Komazawa University Career Lecture

Needs Well Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Gen Matsuoka) participated in a career lecture held at Komazawa University on Friday, May 29, 2026, with the aim of promoting students' understanding of the IT industry and assisting them in their future career choices. Two employees who lectured introduced our company's business and discussed career paths as engineers.

1. Lecture Content

In this lecture, we explained our company's business and its role in the IT industry, and the participating employees shared their own career paths and daily work content based on their real experiences.

We also shared the reasons why they aspired to the IT industry, the points they emphasized during their job search, their project experiences after joining the company, and their current job responsibilities, providing content that allowed students to more clearly envision their future working lives.

Furthermore, we explained the diversity of job types in the IT industry, the required skills, and the environment where individuals can thrive even without prior experience. We also touched upon the differences between the generally held image of the IT industry and the actual work styles and workplace environments. In addition, we introduced skills and experiences that are beneficial to acquire while still in university, making it a lecture that served as a catalyst for students to consider their future university life and career development.

2. Scene of the Day

Many students participated on the day and were seen listening attentively throughout the session.

During the Q&A session after the lecture, numerous questions were raised, such as "What preparation is necessary to enter the IT industry without experience?", "What is the growth environment after joining the company?", and "What are the rewarding aspects of the job?", which provided an opportunity to feel the high level of interest and motivation from the students.

For the employees who lectured, it was also a valuable opportunity to re-examine their own careers and the significance of their work through direct interaction with the students who will lead the future.
