Hometown Tax 'Kodomo Furusato Bin' Asahikawa City, Hokkaido Project Reaches Cumulative Donation Volume of 15.7 Tons in FY2025, Expanding Support to All 47 Prefectures Nationwide

Nessu Inc. (Headquarters: Setagaya-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Yuki Kido, hereafter 'Nessu'), which aims to eliminate the opportunity gap for children, utilizes hometown tax donations to develop 'Kodomo Furusato Bin' (Children's Hometown Delivery). This program delivers local specialties and experiences as 'support goods' to children's cafeterias, single-parent families, and children facing intractable diseases.

In March 2026, as part of the Asahikawa City, Hokkaido project, a total of 4.5 tons (2kg x 2,250 bags) of Asahikawa-produced brand rice 'Nanatsuboshi' was delivered to children's cafeterias and single-parent families through support organizations in a total of 10 areas in Tokyo and Fukuoka Prefecture. As a result, the cumulative donation volume from Asahikawa City in fiscal year 2025 reached 15,743kg (approx. 15.7 tons), and the support reach of 'Kodomo Furusato Bin' expanded to all 47 prefectures nationwide.
