Netmarble to Hold Online Showcase for New Action-Adventure RPG 'Game of Thrones: Kingsroad' on April 17 (Fri) at 8 PM

Netmarble announces that it will hold an online showcase to release new information for its new action-adventure RPG, 'Game of Thrones: Kingsroad' (Game of Thrones: Kingsroad), based on HBO®'s representative series 'Game of Thrones', for smartphones (iOS, Android) and PC, on April 17, 2026, at 8 PM on its official YouTube channel.

This showcase will feature renowned storyteller Lee Jung-bum and popular game influencer RoofTopCAT, along with the game's producer Jang Hyun-il, who will provide detailed explanations of the development background, game systems, and major content. They will also announce details about the production process, the official release schedule, and the overall service policy.

'Game of Thrones: Kingsroad' is currently recruiting participants for its Steam Playtest.

Applications for the Playtest will be accepted through the Steam store page from Thursday, March 19, 2026, to Thursday, April 23, 2026. The test is scheduled to be conducted from Friday, April 17, 2026, to Friday, April 24, 2026.

This Playtest allows participants to experience the vast open world of the continent of Westeros, recreated with unprecedented scale and high-definition graphics. You can quickly enjoy field exploration and gameplay as an action RPG, based on the grand worldview of the series, set in the Seven Kingdoms.

Furthermore, this test supports Korean, Japanese, Thai, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Russian, and English, allowing players from a wide range of regions to participate.

'Game of Thrones: Kingsroad' is currently accepting pre-registrations. Players who complete pre-registration will receive different rewards depending on the platform. These rewards complement the game's combat system, which emphasizes operability, and its class-based gameplay, with items designed to give players an advantage in their adventures in Westeros.
