New Animation Open-World RPG 'The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin' Update Introduces New Character 'Mysterious Helper Kuroto' and Event Content

Netmarble has released an update for its new animation open-world RPG, 'The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin' (developed by Netmarble F&C Inc.), adding the new character '[Mysterious Helper] Kuroto', new event content, and new features.

◆ New Character '[Mysterious Helper] Kuroto' Arrives

'[Mysterious Helper] Kuroto' is an original character in 'The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin', possessing both wind and cold attributes. Coinciding with Kuroto's arrival, the new event 'Kuroto Pick-Up - Mysterious Helper', which increases the drop rate of '[SSR] Kuroto', is being held until Thursday, June 4.

- New Character '[Mysterious Helper] Kuroto'

In addition, the following new events and features have been added.

● 'Kuroto Trial Event'

The limited-time 'Kuroto Trial Event' is currently underway. In this event, players can experience the new SSR character 'Kuroto' leveled up to the maximum. By clearing challenges, players can earn rewards such as 'Star Fragments' and 'Mastery EXP (Highest Grade)'. Furthermore, Kuroto can be used in the trial dungeon with outfit and weapon costumes equipped.

● 'Joyful Moment - Heart-pounding! Open the Cube'

During the event period, players can consume Cube Keys and complete mission conditions to earn rewards such as 'Permanent Character Gacha Tickets', 'Star Fragments', and Cube Keys. By completing all missions, a final reward can also be obtained.

● Addition of High-Difficulty Content and New Season Content

In this update, the [Abyss] difficulty has been added to the 'Deep Spider Web' dungeon and the 'Ancient Dragon of Erosion' boss challenge as new high-difficulty content.

The [Hell] and [Abyss] difficulties have been newly implemented for the 'Gold Dungeon' and 'Mastery Enhancement Dungeon'.

Furthermore, 'Hawk Pass' Season II has also commenced, allowing players to earn various rewards by leveling up through missions during the period.

Additionally, to allow all players to enjoy their adventure in 'The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin' more comfortably, a 'Sound Guide Feature for the Visually Impaired' has been implemented.

By enabling this feature, dedicated sounds will be played when HP is low or when approaching a treasure chest, making it easier to grasp the surrounding situation during exploration and combat.

In the future, there are also plans to add a directional guidance feature for important objects such as main quests, sub-quests, gathering points, and treasure chests.
