Netmarble announced that its subsidiary, MNB Inc. (https://mnb-inc.com/), will showcase its 'Koongya Restaurantz' IP at 'Content Tokyo 2026,' one of Japan's largest comprehensive BtoB content business trade shows, held at Tokyo Big Sight from June 17 (Wed) to 19 (Fri), 2026.
'Content Tokyo' covers a wide range of areas related to the content business, including content production, distribution, licensing, marketing, and the latest technologies.
It is recognized as a hub for content holders, licensees, distributors, and marketing firms from around the world to create new business opportunities and build partnerships.
At this exhibition, MNB will participate in the Korea Pavilion operated by the Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA) as one of the 12 selected Korean content companies to introduce the 'Koongya Restaurantz' character IP. MNB will set up an independent booth within the Korea Pavilion to conduct business meetings with licensees, distributors, and brand partners in Japan and the global market.

This is a character brand born from the rebranding of Netmarble's popular character IP, 'Koongya.' It has gained strong support, primarily from Korea's Gen Z, with over 157,000 Instagram followers, approximately 94% of whom are Gen Z. In Korea, it has collaborated with numerous famous brands, including McDonald's, Neutrogena, Hyundai, and 7-Eleven, with over 200 licensing collaborations achieved in the three years since rebranding. Furthermore, it has gained high popularity in Korea through pop-up stores and licensed product launches, and recently collaborated with the popular KBO League team 'Doosan Bears.'
