As NVIDIA (NVDA-US) prepares for volume production of its next-generation AI server platform VR200, Tongyan Shincho (6840-TW) is benefiting from accelerated deployments of new AI server platforms by major CSPs and system vendors, leading to steadily increasing AI testing orders. The company’s overall project schedule has now extended to the end of December 2026, with order visibility continuing to improve.

Tongyan Shincho reported June 2026 revenue of NT$98 million, a 17.9% year-on-year increase, marking another record high for a single month. Cumulative consolidated revenue for the first half of 2026 reached NT$489 million, up 12.1% compared to the same period last year.

The company stated that AI server-related testing has gradually become a key growth engine. AI-related testing revenue accounted for 13% of total revenue in June alone, and for the first half of the year, the cumulative share has officially exceeded double digits, reflecting rapidly growing demand for testing of AI server systems, liquid cooling units (CDUs), power backup systems (BBUs), power supply units (PSUs), and peripheral products.

The company anticipates that the average price per AI-related testing project will continue to rise, driven by two main factors. First, recent launches of high-specification testing projects involving high current and high power have raised technical and environmental barriers, increasing overall pricing. Second, as customers accelerate their new platform rollouts, urgent testing requests have significantly increased. The company’s expedited testing services are further boosting both average project value and revenue performance.

In terms of capacity expansion, Tongyan Shincho has completed an upgrade to its liquid-to-liquid CDU primary-side chilled water circulation system to meet the high-power and high-heat dissipation demands of next-generation AI servers. Cooling capacity has been enhanced to over 420KW, and this equipment has been officially deployed since July 2026 for rack-level AI server validation services. Combined with the existing 1.2MW high-power power supply system, it enables a more comprehensive and higher-specification AI server verification environment, further strengthening the company’s competitive advantage in the high-power AI testing market.

Additionally, the HVDC 800V/1MW high-specification power rack testing project for the VR200 server, commissioned by a long-term customer, was successfully completed in early July 2026. The company will now proceed to full rack-level testing of the VR200 server.

Tongyan Shincho stated that this project not only reflects the customer’s high trust in the company’s advanced testing capabilities and quality but also demonstrates its full capability to handle testing and certification of next-generation high-power AI server products. As Taiwan’s leading AI server testing provider, the company will continue to expand its high-value-added services.

Looking ahead to the second half of the year, as global CSPs continue to expand investments in AI infrastructure, next-generation AI server platforms, high-power power systems, and liquid cooling equipment are expected to enter peak production and validation phases. Tongyan Shincho will continue to optimize testing processes, improve operational efficiency, and fully leverage its 24-hour testing capacity and high-power testing platform advantages to actively capture high-end AI testing opportunities. The company aims to steadily increase the proportion of AI-related business, further solidify its leading position in the high-end testing market, and drive its operations toward a new phase of growth.
