Beiji (8927-TW) announced today (9th) its June 2026 revenue reached NT$1.392 billion, representing an 8.6% decrease month-on-month but a significant 84.75% increase year-on-year. The company's consolidated revenue for Q2 2026 amounted to NT$4.273 billion, up 27.04% quarter-on-quarter and 74.37% year-on-year, while the cumulative consolidated revenue for the first half of 2026 reached NT$7.637 billion, a 51.49% increase compared to the same period last year. Beiji stated that the strong performance across June, Q2, and H1 was driven by simultaneous contributions from its land development, petroleum, and green energy businesses, all setting new historical highs for their respective periods.

Beiji explained that its overall revenue continues to exhibit robust growth, primarily benefiting from the ongoing effectiveness of its asset activation strategy within the land development segment. In June, the company recognized the land disposal project for the Guoan section in Annan District, Tainan City, with a total sale value of NT$565 million, significantly boosting its monthly revenue scale.

The company also noted that, in optimizing its asset allocation and responding to market demand, it concentrated on recognizing multiple land and real estate disposal projects during Q2. This led to a 373% year-on-year increase in land development sales for the first half, raising its revenue contribution to 37.4%, becoming one of the key factors driving the record-high H1 revenue.

In its core petroleum business, Beiji benefited from the continuous expansion of its island-wide gas station network. By the end of the first half, its service locations across Taiwan had increased to 84 stations, further enhancing regional coverage and fuel volume. Combined with rising international oil prices in the first half, this contributed to a 7.72% year-on-year increase in petroleum business revenue, also achieving a historical high for the period.

Additionally, San-Di Energy (6946-TW), a subsidiary within the Beiji Group, has been actively expanding into diversified green energy ventures, including solar photovoltaics, energy storage, and EV charging. Green energy business revenue also increased by 5.09% year-on-year during the first half of 2026.

Looking ahead to the second half of the year, Beiji emphasized a cautiously optimistic outlook. The company will continue to adhere to its operational strategy of 'consolidating core business, activating assets, and diversified deployment.' It will continue to review its land and real estate asset allocation to improve asset utilization efficiency and capital returns. Simultaneously, Beiji will optimize petroleum channel operations and integrate land development and energy resources within the group to strengthen cross-business synergies, enhance overall operational resilience, and create a solid foundation for sustainable future growth.
