On the 8th (Wednesday), U.S. Central Command issued a statement via social media, revealing that over 20 U.S. Navy vessels are currently patrolling waters across the Middle East.
The command stated that last month, U.S. Navy ships and military aircraft conducted a coordinated passage through the Arabian Sea, demonstrating U.S. military strength and firepower.
President Donald Trump, attending the NATO summit in Turkey on the 8th, expressed strong dissatisfaction toward Iran. Trump said, "We hit them very, very hard last night. We might hit them again hard tonight. I'll give them a little warning. We're going to hit them hard tonight. Let's see what happens." He suggested the continuation of military actions.
Trump also mentioned the possibility of reimposing a naval blockade on Iran, which could further pressure Iran's oil exports and maritime trade. These moves by the U.S. raise concerns about escalating tensions in the Middle East.
