PCB and AI liquid cooling supplier Ronghui-KY (6924-TW) announced today its latest revenue figures, reporting NT$165 million in revenue for June 2026, a 16.4% increase month-on-month and a 7.5% increase year-on-year. Second-quarter revenue reached NT$513 million, a record high, up 8.57% quarter-on-quarter and 21.1% year-on-year. Additionally, to reflect the continuous rise in upstream raw material prices, the company is continuously passing on costs to customers. New AI server end customers will begin shipments in the third quarter, leading to a cautiously optimistic outlook for current-quarter operations.

Ronghui-KY’s revenue for the first half of 2026 totaled NT$985 million, up 13.57% year-on-year.

Ronghui-KY Chairman Liu Shilin pointed out that demand for AI servers remains strong, with materials such as fiberglass cloth, resin, copper-clad laminates, memory, and passive components facing supply shortages and price volatility. However, downstream customers are increasingly accepting of the rising price environment. Notably, in the past, the company absorbed costs internally before passing them on to customers, with a time lag of about one quarter. However, due to the recent sharp rise in raw material prices, the cost pass-through period has been shortened to one month to maintain reasonable operating profits. Therefore, the company plans to reflect costs again in August.

AI server-related business has become a key growth driver for Ronghui-KY. In the first half of 2026, liquid cooling accounted for approximately 8.5% of the company’s revenue, and its contribution to revenue and profitability is expected to grow significantly in the future. Given supply chain inventory constraints, inventory days have been extended from the previous one month to two and a half months to ensure uninterrupted supply.

Looking ahead to the third quarter, new end customers for servers will begin shipments, boosting performance. Additionally, the company continues to expand its presence in the North American and European markets. The Mexico sales office established last year will begin small-volume shipments in the fourth quarter, primarily serving Japanese automakers’ PCB demand. Previously, nearly all automotive PCB demand had to be shipped from Asia to Mexico, with shipping times as long as two months. Establishing a warehouse hub has significantly shortened delivery lead times to customers, targeting the vast automotive business opportunities in the North American market.

Ronghui-KY’s Q1 2026 financial results reported revenue of NT$472 million, a gross margin of 26.47%—up 0.24 percentage points quarter-on-quarter and 6.87 percentage points year-on-year. Post-tax net profit reached NT$46.63 million, down 8.66% quarter-on-quarter but up 69.98% year-on-year, setting a record high for the same period. Earnings per share reached NT$2.26.
