Industrial AI Unveils 2026 Lighthouse Factory White Paper, Accelerating 'AI Makes AI' Strategy

Hon Hai (2317-TW) subsidiary Industrial AI (601138-CN) has released the '2026 Latest Interpretation of Lighthouse Factory' white paper, highlighting its innovative practices in AI-empowered smart manufacturing and accelerating its 'AI Makes AI' strategy.

The 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference and Global AI Governance Summit (WAIC 2026) recently opened in Shanghai, where Industrial AI showcased a series of achievements in lighthouse factory development, demonstrating its AI strategic layout and direction for advancing high-quality manufacturing growth.

Industrial AI is an early practitioner of the lighthouse factory concept and, through years of accumulated practical experience, has developed a one-stop digital transformation solution. This solution has been successfully replicated and promoted across ten industries, including electronics manufacturing, new energy vehicles, metal smelting, photovoltaics, and energy storage.

Since its Shenzhen Longhua factory was selected as one of the world's first lighthouse factories in 2019, Industrial AI has internally built 9 and externally empowered 13 lighthouse factories, including 2 sustainable lighthouse factories.

As of June 2026, there are 238 WEF-certified lighthouse factories worldwide.
