According to the latest data from the Taiwan Stock Exchange, there are 800,000 securities account holders under the age of 19 in Taiwan, meaning that on average, one out of every five minors and children has a securities account. E.SUN Securities' survey found that the top five investment targets for these accounts are 0050 (元大台灣50), 006208 (富邦台50), 00878 (國泰永續高股息), 00981A (主動統一台股增長), and TSMC (2330-TW), reflecting that blue-chip stocks and market-type ETFs are the mainstream investments.

E.SUN Securities points out that Taiwan is experiencing a wave of 'small investors'. The number of child account openings in the first half of the year increased by more than 200% compared to the same period last year, indicating that planning children's asset formation early has become a common consensus among modern parents.

E.SUN Securities discovered from its internal services that parents love the 'parent-child account' function. After applying for this function, parents can easily switch to their child's account from their parent account in the investment trading app and receive transaction confirmations in real-time, greatly simplifying the cumbersome process of managing multiple accounts.

To seize the golden period of financial planning during the summer vacation, from now until the end of October, E.SUN Securities will provide the first 2000 new minor account holders each month with a 200 NT dollar FamilyMart e-gift card and TutorABC children's online English lessons.
