With continued strong semiconductor customer demand and follow-up orders, Baorong's board approved the acquisition of a factory and land on Gongyi 1st Road in Taichung Industrial Park for NT$323 million to further develop this business segment. This is the second major production-use commercial real estate acquisition in Taichung Industrial Park this year, following Largan (3008-TW). The acquired land and factory on Gongyi 1st Road cover 702 ping, and the company plans to invest additional funds to purchase equipment and rebuild the facility to accommodate heavy-duty stamping machines, developing production of high-power heat sinks.
