Russia's Defense Ministry stated on the 21st (Tuesday) that its air defense systems intercepted and destroyed 209 Ukrainian drones from late on the 20th to early on the 21st across multiple regions and over the Sea of Azov and Black Sea.

Shveyev, acting governor of Russia's Belgorod Oblast, said on the 21st that Ukrainian attacks killed nine civilians and injured 77 in the region.

On social media, Shveyev said Ukrainian forces had launched 153 attacks on the region in the past 24 hours, causing unprecedented casualties.

Kursk Oblast Governor Koshcheev reported on the 21st that Ukraine had deployed 149 drones and launched 101 artillery attacks on the region in the past 24 hours, all of which were shot down. The attacks injured five people.

Vladimir Oblast Governor Avdeyev said one drone crashed into an apartment building in the region, causing a fire, but there were no casualties.

Russia's Investigative Committee announced on the 21st that a resident of Tyumen city, incited by Ukrainian intelligence, had plotted an attack on a major industrial enterprise in the Urals region. The suspect was killed during a shootout with Russian forces.
