Gama Entertainment (6180-TW) is continuously advancing its commercialization strategy from broad entertainment to cross-domain AI ecosystems. Today (23), at the Comic Exhibition, it unveiled its exclusive flagship technology, the 'UTUX System,' introducing an AI game companion with independent cognition and publicly showcasing the 2027 interactive scenario of 'Convenience Store,' redefining the relationship between players and game characters.

According to Research and Markets, the global AI NPC market is projected to exceed USD 7.2 billion by 2030, with a compound annual growth rate exceeding 31%. This indicates that AI NPCs are transitioning from technical demonstrations to commercial applications, reflecting the gaming industry's evolution toward more real-time, personalized, and immersive interactive experiences.

Gama stated that the UTUX System features four core technologies: biomimetic memory mechanisms, multi-character dynamic personality development, controllable dynamic knowledge expansion, and agent autonomous decision-making. The 2027 release of 'Convenience Store' will serve as the first application scenario for the UTUX System.

Unlike traditional game NPCs (Non-Player Characters), which typically operate based on fixed scripts, Gama's UTUX System enables AI game characters to 'remember long-term, grow, and make decisions.' It remembers player habits, develops unique personalities through interaction, and autonomously plans actions. As a result, AI game characters will no longer be mere tools to advance the storyline but will evolve into next-generation companions that grow alongside players and co-create stories.

Gama emphasized that the UTUX System is not just an AI interactive technology for games but a significant milestone in its AI-powered broad entertainment strategy. The company plans to continuously develop the UTUX System into a rapidly replicable and scalable AI solution, gradually introducing it into more broad entertainment scenarios and integrating it with existing enterprise AI services to shift from single products to comprehensive, cross-industry, and cross-domain AI solution applications.
