ADATA (3260-TW) announced today (27) that its public tender offer for Tittot (9949-TW) has met the minimum acquisition quantity of 10,000,000 shares, with an actual acquisition of 15,986,287 shares, representing approximately 35.64% ownership, thereby fulfilling the conditions of the public tender offer. The total acquisition cost amounted to approximately NT$384 million.
On July 7, ADATA announced its intention to launch a public tender offer for Tittot to enhance its brand image. The original plan was to acquire between 10,000,000 and 25,000,000 shares, representing 22.29% to 55.73% of Tittot’s issued shares. The actual acquisition of 15,986,287 shares exceeded the minimum threshold, thus achieving the offer conditions.
ADATA acquired 15,986,287 shares of Tittot at NT$24 per share, totaling approximately NT$384 million. The company believes that after the acquisition, it will leverage Tittot’s high-end artistic design and cultural value to enhance the group’s brand image and differentiation. By combining capital strength and technological industry resources, ADATA aims to create a cross-sector advantage of 'Cultural Art × Technology Brand'.
