Sinli Information (7781-TW) announced today (27) the signing of a cross-border distribution agreement with U.S. company Juxta, planning to integrate Juxta’s military-grade, satellite-free positioning technology, the 'Universal Positioning System' (Universal Positioning System), into Sinli’s AI hardware-software integrated architecture.

Sinli Information explained that this partnership not only grants them the rights to distribute and integrate Juxta’s core technology in the Taiwan and global markets, but also plans to incorporate Juxta’s 'Universal Positioning System' into its own AI hardware-software integrated framework. This will extend its technological reach into high-compliance and high-resilience industries such as defense technology, disaster response, healthcare institutions, and smart logistics, jointly capturing vast global opportunities in sovereign AI and cross-industry technology.

Sinli Information CEO Yeh Yi-Lan stated that industries such as defense, healthcare, disaster prevention, and smart logistics have the highest requirements for data sovereignty and cybersecurity compliance. This collaboration with Juxta goes beyond simple distribution, involving deep integration to provide highly customizable, interference-resistant, and resilient edge AI comprehensive solutions for high-compliance clients across Taiwan and the Asia-Pacific region. These solutions will serve diverse fields including national security, disaster response, healthcare institutions, smart logistics, and unmanned equipment control, securing a first-mover advantage in the expansive global sovereign AI and cross-industry technology markets.

Juxta’s Founder and CEO John Ferrara said that traditional GPS satellite positioning has long suffered from blind spots indoors, underground, and in complex environments. Juxta’s developed Universal Positioning System was created precisely to overcome these limitations. It can be deployed without purchasing expensive additional hardware, maintains positioning services even offline, overcomes physical and terrain constraints, and transforms physical spaces into real-time trackable digital environments. He expressed hope that through Sinli Information’s system integration capabilities and business footprint, this new technology can be introduced into the Asia-Pacific market.

Sinli Information has successfully established a strong presence in the financial sector, with over 70% of domestic financial institutions as clients. In recent years, its strategic expansion into smart healthcare has begun to yield results, securing key projects from major healthcare institutions related to medical data. In the first half of this year, its consolidated revenue reached approximately NT$430 million, a year-on-year increase of 14.6%. Financial analysts are optimistic that double-digit growth will continue in the second half of the year.
