Interconnect cable manufacturing leader Molex-KY (3665-TW) has announced its self-compiled financial results for June today (27), following the public disclosure threshold for securities trading on the centralized exchange. The company reported a post-tax net profit of NT$1.18 billion in June, representing a year-on-year increase of 60.8%, with earnings per share (EPS) reaching NT$6.05.
Molex-KY achieved June revenue of NT$8.52 billion, up 15.8% month-on-month and 63.8% year-on-year. Second-quarter revenue totaled NT$23.253 billion, up 11.5% quarter-on-quarter and nearly 40% year-on-year. First-half revenue reached NT$44.11 billion, up 34% year-on-year, setting new historical highs for monthly, quarterly, and year-to-date performance.
The company stated that overall customer demand trends and its medium- to long-term outlook remain unchanged, with project progress continuing steadily. It remains optimistic about the long-term growth momentum in high-performance computing (HPC) and semiconductor equipment sectors.
Molex-KY's stock price had sharply corrected from its all-time high of NT$3,010 in mid-May, reaching a recent low of NT$1,685 last week before staging a strong rebound. It regained the NT$2,000 level, with a weekly gain of nearly 25%. Today, however, it declined by 2.5% to close at NT$2,150.
