Frequency component manufacturer TXC (3042-TW) is entering its traditional peak season in the third quarter of 2026. During July 2026, shipments of 5G and automotive application products performed strongly, leading analysts to estimate that July revenue will reach the NT$1.3 billion level, marking the highest monthly revenue since October 2021—58 months ago.
At the same time, TXC has seen a positive order trend for quartz oscillators (XO) driven by robust demand in optical communications. The revenue contribution from XOs used in servers, optical communications, and optical modules has already risen to 14–15%. Moreover, the company's shipment schedule is now fully booked through 2027.
Based on current order conditions, TXC is expected to achieve 8–10% revenue growth in the third quarter compared to the second quarter, surpassing the year-on-year growth rate of the same period last year. Regarding the revenue distribution between the first and second halves of the year, TXC recorded NT$7.038 billion in revenue in the first half of 2026, up 7.7% year-on-year. The projected revenue split for the full year is expected to be 45% in the first half and 55% in the second half, indicating stronger performance during the peak season in the second half. Based on this outlook, TXC's full-year 2026 revenue is projected to reach NT$15.7 billion, setting a new historical high.
Additionally, TXC has procured equipment for capacity expansion, which is scheduled to be gradually commissioned starting in the fourth quarter of 2026. This will serve as a key driver to support second-half performance amid clearly increasing market demand.
TXC reported a pre-tax profit of NT$232 million for June 2026, the highest in 15 months. The company's pre-tax profit for the first half of 2026 reached NT$1.22 billion, up 23.9% year-on-year, with earnings per share (EPS) of NT$3.6 before tax.
