Gigaxing Partners with Kourai and Herli Aesthetics to Capture Vietnam’s Medical Aesthetics Market, Creating Over $300M in Business Opportunities

Gigaxing Medical has joined forces with Kourai (6431-TW) and Herli Aesthetics to capture Vietnam’s medical aesthetics market, signing an MOU with HR07 Beauty Clinic, a subsidiary of Herli Aesthetics. HR07 Beauty Clinic aims to establish 200 partner clinics across Vietnam within three years, introducing Gigaxing’s medical and beauty equipment, complemented by Kourai’s medical-grade skincare products, with the total business opportunity exceeding 300 million RMB.

Gigaxing specializes in laser treatment devices for medical aesthetics, with most products certified by Taiwan’s TFDA and the U.S. FDA, offering comprehensive solutions for dermatology and aesthetic medicine. To seize opportunities in Vietnam’s growing aesthetics market, Gigaxing established a subsidiary in Ho Chi Minh City by the end of 2025, serving as a strategic hub for Southeast Asian expansion. All its products have obtained Class B medical device approval from Vietnam’s Ministry of Health.

Gigaxing and Kourai will provide an integrated service combining equipment and skincare. Gigaxing will supply medical aesthetic devices and technical support, while Kourai’s subsidiary Shanghai Yidai will provide medical-grade skincare products, creating a comprehensive operational model covering 'medical devices, treatment applications, professional skincare, therapy management, and local services.' This integration will further enhance partner clinics’ service completeness, customer retention, and operational efficiency.

Gigaxing stated that this integrated service model, launched in Vietnam, will serve as a replicable blueprint for expansion into other Southeast Asian markets.
