Bosheng Biomedical (6733-TW) has acquired full rights to the patents and technologies related to RevoCart, securing all intellectual property required for the product's global commercialization. This development is expected to accelerate global licensing efforts, driving Bosheng's stock to its second consecutive trading halt today (29th), despite the broader market falling over 1,700 points.
Bosheng opened at the daily limit of NT$28.9, marking its second consecutive day of hitting the upper price limit. The stock remains above all moving averages, with approximately 900 buy orders queued and trading volume around 200 shares.
Recently, Bosheng signed a 'Biphasic Osteochondral Repair Patent and Technology Transfer Agreement' with the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) and National Taiwan University Hospital (NTUH), officially acquiring full intellectual property rights to RevoCart.
Bosheng is actively expanding into overseas markets. Since launching its international strategy in 2021, it has obtained regulatory approvals in six countries and the Hong Kong and Macau Special Administrative Regions. In 2025, it secured a U.S. invention patent. With full IP rights now in hand, the company's product commercialization and global expansion strategy is more comprehensive than ever.
