Chain restaurant Asia Sushi Hide (2754-TW) announced today (31st) that after distributing dividends, they will add a 'stockholder privilege coupon' as a rebate. Shareholders holding 3000 shares (inclusive) or more on or before the ex-rights (ex-dividend) trading day of August 13 are eligible to apply. Starting from September 5, up to 50 coupons of 100 yuan each can be applied for on the official website, and using the privilege coupons for consumption is equivalent to enjoying a 50% discount.

Asia Sushi Hide explains that shareholders holding 3000 shares on or before the ex-rights (ex-dividend) trading day of August 13 can apply for 10 coupons of 100 yuan each, totaling 1,000 yuan in value; shareholders holding 5000 shares can apply for 20 coupons of 100 yuan each, totaling 2,000 yuan in value; shareholders holding 10,000 shares or more can apply for 50 coupons of 100 yuan each, totaling 5,000 yuan in value. A single consumption of 200 yuan or more can be used to redeem one coupon, with no limit on the number of coupons that can be redeemed, applicable to all stores in Taiwan, equivalent to shareholders enjoying a 50% discount when visiting the store.

Since introducing the stockholder privilege coupon system from the Japanese parent company in 2021, Asia Sushi Hide has had an application and usage rate of over 90% each year. The application period for this event is from September 5 to October 4, and the privilege coupons will be mailed out in batches starting from late October.

Asia Sushi Hide launched a major menu revision this year and introduced products with diverse price ranges, as well as doubling the fun of mobile ordering and gacha games, which has boosted the number of visitors and revenue. The revenue in June reached 550 million yuan, setting a new monthly high record.

Asia Sushi Hide has exited the Chinese market and adopted a development strategy of 'focusing on Taiwan and laying out Asia.' It plans to grow at a rate of 5-10 new stores per year in Taiwan, with a long-term goal of reaching a total of 100 stores. In addition to Japan and Taiwan, it is also planned to establish a presence in Bangkok, Thailand, in the first quarter of next year.
