Multiple investment institutions on Wall Street have released their latest individual stock rating reports. Among them, UBS has given a positive evaluation to SK Hynix, a representative company in the AI memory group, and has initiated research coverage with a "Buy" rating, setting a target price of $204, becoming a market focus.

UBS analyst Nicolas Gaudois first covered SK Hynix ADR and announced a target price of $204. SK Hynix ADR closed at $126.79 on Wednesday, representing that UBS's target price is $77.21 higher than the closing price of that day, with a potential upside of approximately 60.9%.

The market believes that UBS's positive view on SK Hynix mainly reflects the continuous expansion of demand for AI infrastructure, particularly the rapid growth of demand for High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) in AI servers, accelerated computing, and large language model training. SK Hynix has become one of the major suppliers in the global HBM market in recent years, benefiting from the wave of investment in AI data centers, and the company's memory business growth momentum has received high attention from Wall Street.

In addition to SK Hynix, Deutsche Bank also initiated first-time research coverage on the biotech company Kymera Therapeutics (KYMR-US).

Deutsche Bank analyst David Hoang gave Kymera Therapeutics a "Hold" rating and set a target price of $120. The company's closing price on Wednesday was $105.25, with the target price approximately 14% higher than the current price.

Additionally, Rodman & Renshaw analyst Michael G. King Jr. first covered Actuate Therapeutics (ACTU-US), giving it a "Buy" rating with a target price of $6.

Actuate Therapeutics closed at $1.08 on Wednesday, and if it reaches the analyst's target price, the stock's potential gain would be approximately 455.6%, the highest among the three companies' ratings this time.

Overall, Wall Street's latest ratings focus on the two major areas of AI semiconductors and biotechnology. Among them, UBS's first coverage of SK Hynix reflects the continued optimism of investment institutions towards the AI computing demand driving the memory industry upgrade, especially under the trend of HBM supply tightness and AI data center expansion, related companies are still seen as important growth targets in the market.
