Audio product supplier Jin Tai Electronics (3465-TW) has raised capital from the market by issuing 7,000 new shares at NT$30 per share. The company today (31) announced the completion of its cash increase, raising NT$210 million, with the new shares scheduled to begin trading on the GreTai Securities Market on August 5.

Meanwhile, Jin Tai Electronics has overcome the initial challenges of its new business and new product development in the first quarter of 2026, with performance improving in the second quarter. Following April’s revenue of NT$194 million, May revenue climbed further to NT$232 million, reaching a recent high and representing a 1.91x year-on-year increase. Second-quarter revenue totaled NT$617 million, up 57.49% year-on-year, with profitability expected to return.

Jin Tai Electronics’ revenue for January to June 2026 reached NT$954 million, marking a 14.35% year-on-year increase compared to the same period in 2025, turning growth positive. The company will release its latest financial report on August 4.

In the first quarter of 2026, revenue was NT$337 million, down 23.84% year-on-year, with a net loss attributable to parent of NT$32.43 million, or NT$0.92 per share. This was primarily due to high technical barriers in manufacturing flagship new devices for customers, AI-driven instability in the supply of electronic components, Lunar New Year holidays affecting production volume, and higher initial expenses from launching its video amplifier business.

With growing production capacity in Vietnam, Jin Tai Electronics has actively secured stable sources of key materials. Learning curves in new product manufacturing have shown improvement, with revenue returning to a growth trajectory since April. The factory is now operating at full capacity, adding assembly lines to fulfill customer orders. The worst is over, and with increasing shipments of flagship devices to customers, the company remains optimistic about third-quarter performance.

Analysts estimate that Jin Tai Electronics’ 2026 operations will rise quarter by quarter. As shipments of video amplifier products increase, the company aims to achieve peak performance in 2027.
