Networking equipment manufacturer Accton (2345-TW) has received four consecutive trading days of institutional accumulation, with net buys totaling 375 shares, driven by robust fundamentals in its 800G and 1.6T high-speed switches. This buying pressure propelled the stock price out of its trough with a sharp rebound. On July 31, the stock gapped up and locked at the daily limit of NT$2,125, marking a cumulative gain of 12.04% over the past two trading sessions.
Accton’s 800G switches continue to maintain high utilization levels, benefiting from strong demand from data center customers. Its 1.6T switches have also entered mass production in the first half of the year, significantly improving the product mix. Meanwhile, the company is actively expanding its optical switching solutions. The OCS optical circuit switch is planned to be shipped as full-rack integrated units, while the OWS optical wavelength switch has already entered the validation phase with U.S. cloud service providers and Japan’s NTT.
As a founding member of the Asia-Pacific Summit, Accton and its subsidiaries will make a major exhibition appearance in mid-August, showcasing optical wavelength switches, PCIe interface expansion, CXL Fabric switches, and 100kW liquid cooling solutions. With rising AI computing power and continuous upgrades in network specifications, the company expects to benefit operationally through 2027, leveraging its scale and supply chain management advantages.
