The market closed at 44,611.6 points, up 1,250.94 points (2.88%), with trading volume expanding to NT$1.14 trillion. The three major institutional investors collectively net bought NT$100.406 billion.

Analyzing the positions of the three major institutional investors today: foreign investors net sold NT$90.308 billion; proprietary traders net bought NT$1.456 billion; and investment trusts net bought NT$8.641 billion, resulting in a total net buy of NT$100.406 billion.
