Liang Mao-Sheng, Chairman of Win Semiconductors (2467-TW), a manufacturer of PCB and semiconductor equipment, has been named to Harvard Business Review's '2026 Top 100 Taiwan Business Leaders.' According to the organizing body, during his tenure, cumulative shareholder returns reached 779%, the company's market capitalization grew by NT$97.2 billion, and the annual average earnings per share (EPS) amounted to NT$2.3.

At the same time, Win Semiconductors' ESG performance has been recognized, reflecting the company's long-term stable operations and continuous transformation. Liang has also shared his philosophy on leadership, talent development, and cultural heritage through his book 'Learning Leadership from Confucius.'

2026 marks the 60th anniversary of Win Semiconductors' founding. In response to industry upgrades driven by AI and high-performance computing, Win is deepening its presence in advanced packaging, IC substrate, and PCB process equipment. The company is also connecting with industry partners through the G2C+ Alliance. This year, it became a partner of NVIDIA, actively promoting the adoption of AI, digital twin, and smart manufacturing technologies in the equipment industry.

Upon receiving the honor, Liang emphasized that 'people' and 'corporate culture' are fundamental to sustainable business growth. He presented copies of 'Learning Leadership from Confucius' to attendees, sharing his insights on leadership, talent cultivation, and cultural continuity.

Win Semiconductors stated that Liang's inclusion in the HBR list not only recognizes his long-term leadership achievements but also reflects the collective efforts of all employees. As the company stands at the beginning of its sixth decade, it will continue to prioritize talent, root itself in culture, and drive innovation through technological advancement, partnering with customers and industry allies to seize growth opportunities in the AI supply chain.
