Inventec (2356-TW) announced today (5th) its July revenue reached NT$90.19 billion, representing an 11.8% decrease from the previous month but a significant 65.73% increase year-on-year. Cumulative revenue for the first seven months of the year totaled NT$560.358 billion, up 40.78% compared to the same period last year, marking a record high for the period. Company management expects server business to continue growing in the third quarter.

In July, Inventec's revenue was NT$90.19 billion, down 11.8% month-on-month and up 65.73% year-on-year. Notebook shipments reached 1.6 million units in July, down 33.33% month-on-month and 5.88% year-on-year.

Looking ahead to Q3, Inventec stated that notebook shipments are expected to decline by a single-digit percentage quarter-on-quarter due to early demand pull-in during the first half. However, server business remains strong, with continued growth anticipated in Q3 driven by rising AI demand.

Inventec has also expanded investments in Taiwan, the United States, and Thailand to meet growing AI demand. The company plans to invest NT$8.8 billion to build a factory in Taoyuan on self-owned land, and will increase capital in its U.S. subsidiary by USD 110 million (approximately NT$3.574 billion) and in its Thai subsidiary by THB 6.1 billion (approximately NT$5.916 billion). These investments aim to strengthen AI server production capacity and global supply chain resilience.

Inventec will announce its latest financial results on August 11.
