Baguan (1342-TW) announced today (6th) that its July revenue reached NT$338 million, representing a 9.6% increase from the previous month and a 76.9% surge compared to the same period last year. Fueled by strong performance in aerospace and defense sectors, the company's consolidated revenue for the first seven months of 2026 totaled NT$2.25 billion, marking a 34.1% year-on-year growth—both July and year-to-date figures achieved record highs for the corresponding periods.

According to Baguan, July’s results were driven by robust customer orders and project shipments across its aerospace-marine and defense product lines. The aerospace-marine segment saw a dramatic 134% month-on-month and 61% year-on-year increase in July revenue. The defense segment also grew, with a 2.1% monthly and 109.3% annual rise. Additionally, outdoor and medical product lines posted respective year-on-year increases of 129% and 11%, demonstrating strong momentum across all four core business areas.

The cumulative January–July revenue growth of 34.1% was supported by double-digit year-on-year gains across all four product lines compared to the same period in 2025. Notably, the combined revenue share of outdoor and medical products reached 78.68%, up 4.25 percentage points from the prior year, solidifying their role as the company’s two core pillars. Meanwhile, aerospace-marine and defense segments still achieved 10% and 15% year-on-year growth respectively during the first seven months, indicating significant ongoing growth potential.

Looking ahead, Baguan cited Boeing’s latest market outlook, which reaffirms the long-term upward trend in global aviation demand and steady supply chain expansion. The company’s production capacity utilization rate has already reached full load in Q3 2026, and firm order visibility extends into Q4. With stable end-market demand, Baguan plans to continue enhancing operational efficiency and optimizing its product mix to steadily achieve its 2026 business targets.

Baguan operates two business groups: Leather & Fabric and Finished Component. The company specializes in secondary and tertiary manufacturing and sales of TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer) functional fabrics and related components, serving high-end applications in medical, aerospace, lifesaving, and outdoor industries.
