Chuan Ho (2059-TW), a manufacturer of server rails, announced its financial results today (6th) and will hold an earnings conference call tomorrow (7th). Fueled by robust AI server shipments and strong performance, the company's stock price broke through the NT$10,000 barrier during trading today, reaching a record high of NT$10,035 and closing strongly up NT$630 at NT$10,100—a 6.65% increase—officially becoming the third stock in Taiwan's stock market history to join the elite 'NT$10,000 per share' club.
The first stock in Taiwan to reach this level was current 'stock king' InnoTek (5274-TW), followed by semiconductor test interface provider Wingtech (6515-TW). Chuan Ho successfully crossed the NT$10,000 threshold just before its earnings presentation, earning the title of 'stock queen' and joining the prestigious NT$10,000 club as a flagship industrial leader.
A U.S.-based foreign brokerage recently published a report stating that Chuan Ho's order visibility for the second half of the year is exceptionally strong. Beyond continued growth in AI servers, the adoption rate of server rails in CPU racks, switch racks, and power supply racks continues to rise. Additionally, with its U.S. plant scheduled to begin operations in September to October this year and a new facility in Kaohsiung planned to commence operations in the second half of 2027, the company's product gross margin and operating margin are expected to improve steadily.
