Anticipating the growing care demands of a super-aged society, Chung-Pao Technology (9917-TW) Group has integrated its group-wide healthcare resources and partnered with Livetek, Livewell Biomedical, and Lixin Health to participate in the "2026 Third High-Age Health Industry Expo" held from the 7th to the 9th. The exhibition fully showcases five major applications: elderly wandering prevention, home safety, smart care, active aging community management, and emergency rescue, delivering an integrated smart care solution that covers prevention, protection, and emergency response—demonstrating the group's consolidated strength in the senior care market.

Taiwan has officially entered a super-aged society. According to the Ministry of the Interior’s latest 2026 statistics, the population aged 65 and above has reached 4.67 million, accounting for 20.06% of the total population—meaning one in every five people is a senior. With the advancement of the Long-Term Care 3.0 policy, the continuous rise in the elderly population, and increasing demands for family caregiving and care workforce, smart technology is becoming a crucial solution for elderly care, driving a new wave of growth opportunities for the smart care industry.

A standout highlight of this exhibition is the "50 Home Watch" service, jointly launched by Livewell Biomedical, a subsidiary of Chung-Pao Tech. Unlike most current home care devices on the market, which primarily rely on traditional cameras or single-sensor methods—potentially raising privacy concerns among seniors or being affected by environmental factors—the "50 Home Watch" integrates fall detection, bed-exit alerts, and emergency call functions using AI-powered smart sensing technology. Through non-visual sensing, it provides home care assistance while respecting seniors’ privacy, care needs, and dignity.

Chung-Pao Tech emphasized that the core of smart care lies not just in technology, but in enabling seniors to accept care with peace of mind. "What seniors want is freedom and dignity, not the oppressive feeling of being watched." Therefore, "50 Home Watch" uses non-visual smart sensing technology to reduce the psychological burden associated with traditional camera equipment, allowing seniors to live freely in their familiar home environments while enabling family members to monitor care status in real time.

Chung-Pao Tech believes the true value of smart care extends beyond device detection to subsequent care services. "50 Home Watch" connects to Chung-Pao’s 24-hour Guardian Center, where professional nurses and health managers provide round-the-clock remote care. When necessary, they assist in contacting emergency contacts and relevant rescue resources, helping shorten response times during emergencies. During the exhibition, services such as home assessment appointments, consultations on Long-Term Care 3.0 smart technology aid subsidies, and app operation tutorials are also offered.

Additionally, the "Chung-Pao Infinity + Family Guardian Service" offers both caregiving and disaster prevention features, integrating smoke detection, daily activity sensing, and emergency alerts, all connected to the 24-hour Guardian Center to help establish a more comprehensive home safety protection system—from early warning and notification to follow-up services.

In terms of emergency education, the exhibition also features the AI-powered smart CPR training module "Smart Arong," developed by the core teams of Taipei Veterans General Hospital’s Department of Medical Education and Emergency Department and commercialized by Livetek through technology transfer. Visitors can experience CPR and AED operation procedures, with the system providing real-time feedback on compression depth, rate, and procedure accuracy, enhancing the effectiveness of emergency education and community response capabilities.

Various activities—including AED emergency training, Long-Term Care 3.0 smart technology forums, and smart care experience sessions—are scheduled throughout the exhibition to help the public understand the applications of smart care and available government subsidy resources.
