Quanta Computer (2324-TW) announced today (7th) its July revenue of NT$81.006 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of over 38%, while cumulative revenue for the first seven months of the year reached NT$520.604 billion, up 18.82% year-on-year. Quanta's management stated that the primary growth driver for the third quarter will come from its server business, although detailed guidance will be released during the upcoming earnings conference on Thursday (13th).

Quanta's July revenue amounted to NT$81.006 billion, down 15.49% month-on-month but up 38.26% year-on-year. Cumulative revenue for the first seven months reached NT$520.604 billion, up 18.82% year-on-year. Regarding PC shipments in July, Quanta's management noted that July PC shipments totaled 1.8 million units, down 25% month-on-month and 21.74% year-on-year.

Quanta has been actively expanding its server business. The company's newly constructed Daxi plant in Taoyuan, Taiwan, funded with a NT$4 billion investment, will officially commence operations next Tuesday (11th). This facility specializes in high-end server products, featuring complete SMT and assembly production lines, as well as a dedicated Server Lab. Additionally, Quanta will hold its earnings conference on Thursday (13th) to release financial results, during which it is expected to disclose the latest progress of its server business initiatives.
