The Board of Directors of Yonghe Capital Group issued a notice of passing on the 8th (Saturday), announcing that Lin Bingsheng, Chairman of the Board and founder of Yonghe Soy Milk, passed away peacefully in Taipei at 12:45 PM on the 7th due to ineffective medical treatment for illness. He was 70 years old.
Lin Bingsheng was the founding pioneer of Yonghe Capital Group, establishing Yonghe Soy Milk and dedicating decades to industrial development. Under his leadership, the group expanded into healthcare, equity investment, industrial mergers and acquisitions, and pioneered overseas SPAC listings, building a diversified and standardized industrial system.
Respected across the industry as 'Brother Dou,' he was praised for 'living his own remarkable life and being a beacon of light for others.'
The Board of Yonghe Capital Group announced that to properly manage posthumous affairs, all business activities at the group headquarters and its subsidiaries will be simplified during the mourning period, with all staff observing solemn mourning. Specific arrangements for the memorial service will be announced later.
All business operations will be coordinated by the Board to ensure a smooth transition. All employees remain committed to their duties, ensuring stable and orderly development of the group's operations and continuing Mr. Lin's lifelong mission and original vision for the enterprise.
