PCB and AI liquid cooling supplier Winway-KY (6924-TW) announced today (10th) its July revenue reached NT$185 million, marking the second-highest monthly record in history, with a 10.86% month-on-month increase and a 25.84% year-on-year growth. From January to July 2026, cumulative revenue reached NT$1.172 billion, up 15.54% year-on-year. Due to continuously rising costs, Winway-KY is actively passing on cost pressures to customers.
Meanwhile, revenue from AI liquid cooling modules and related products accounted for over 8% of total revenue in the first seven months of this year.
Winway-KY benefited from strong shipments of AI server liquid cooling products and a recovery in automotive PCB demand, driving both year-on-year and month-on-month growth in July. However, due to persistently rising material costs, the company is actively negotiating price adjustments with downstream customers to maintain supply chain health, having already implemented several price adjustments this year. Overall, third-quarter demand remains strong.
Chairman Liu Shih-Lin noted that since entering the AI sector, demand has continued to grow, expanding shipments of liquid cooling quick disconnects (QDs), sensors, PCBA, and metal structural components. Cumulative AI-related revenue in the first seven months now exceeds 8% of total revenue. These services have become a new growth engine, offering one-stop solutions for various substrates including FPC, Rigid-flex, Metal, and HDI, further extending business momentum.
Liu stated that upstream materials such as fiberglass cloth, resin, copper-clad laminates, memory, and passive components remain in short supply with volatile pricing, and the company is currently negotiating price adjustments with customers. Given tight supply chain inventory, current stock levels remain above two months to ensure supply stability.
With clear growth in AI and automotive PCB demand, coupled with strong performance in the Japanese market, Winway-KY expects stable growth in third-quarter operations.
Winway-KY achieved a record-high quarterly revenue of NT$513 million in Q2 2026, up 8.57% quarter-on-quarter and 21.1% year-on-year. First-half 2026 revenue totaled NT$985 million, up 13.57% year-on-year.
