Sytech (7740-TW) held a board meeting today (10th) to approve its Q2 financial report, posting a net profit of NT$154 million, down 20.62% quarter-on-quarter but up 46.67% year-on-year, with earnings per share (EPS) reaching NT$2.16—the second-highest in company history and a record high for the same period. The board also approved the issuance of its first domestic unsecured convertible bond (CB) and accelerated overseas market expansion, initiating strategic entry into the US and Australian markets, advancing on both capital markets and global deployment to launch a new phase of growth.

Sytech stated that driven by the continuous progress of large-scale project sites and increasing battery module shipments, its revenue for the first half of the year reached NT$7.274 billion, a year-on-year increase of 1,508%, setting a new historical high. Earnings per share reached NT$5.8, exceeding half of its paid-in capital, delivering outstanding performance in both revenue and profitability.

Looking ahead, Sytech expects strong momentum to continue in the second half. July revenue reached NT$924 million, down 18.83% month-on-month but up 1,528.78% year-on-year. Cumulative revenue for the first seven months hit NT$8.198 billion, up 1,510.78% year-on-year, nearly doubling last year’s full-year revenue of NT$4.221 billion, reflecting explosive growth.

Amid sustained operational highs, Sytech is also strengthening its capital base. To prepare for AI energy infrastructure investments and global business expansion, the board plans to issue its first domestic unsecured convertible bond. The raised funds will be used, in accordance with relevant regulations and filings, to bolster working capital and repay bank loans, further optimizing the company’s capital structure and enhancing medium- to long-term operational flexibility.

Sytech is also accelerating overseas expansion. After securing its first US order in the first half of this year and officially entering the North American market, the company will now deepen its US market presence, leveraging its energy storage system integration capabilities and technological advantages to drive scalable growth in North America.

The board has also approved entry into the Australian market, opening a new route in Sytech’s 'Age of Exploration' overseas strategy. As the company actively expands overseas, it aims to connect key markets including Japan, Southeast Asia, North America, and Australia, gradually building a global operational footprint spanning the Asia-Pacific and North America. Its operational strategy is evolving from single-point initiatives to a cross-regional, multi-engine global growth model.
