Michael Saylor’s Strategy (MSTR-US) continues restructuring its capital, selling both Bitcoin and common stock last week to boost cash reserves and repurchase preferred shares. Strategy announced on Monday (August 10) that in the seven days ending August 9, the company sold $108.6 million worth of Bitcoin and 6.6 million shares of common stock, raising approximately $653 million. It also spent $108.6 million to repurchase its Stretch preferred shares (ticker: STRC). Strategy continues to hold approximately $58 billion worth of Bitcoin, remaining the public company with the largest Bitcoin holdings.
