The Central Securities Depository continues to promote digital financial services. The 'Custody e-Hand' app integrates diverse asset information such as securities, funds, and bank deposits. With the continuous expansion of service features, the number of users recently surpassed 8 million, demonstrating the strong momentum of digital financial services becoming deeply embedded in citizens' daily financial management.

Chen De-Xiang, General Manager of the Central Securities Depository, stated that to implement the Financial Supervisory Commission's 'Trusted Finance' vision, the 8 million-user milestone will serve as a new starting point. The organization will continue to expand the scope of asset integration and, through cross-institutional and cross-market resource integration, provide more convenient, secure, and user-centric digital financial services. This enables investors to instantly and comprehensively monitor their personal asset information, further enhancing the accessibility and trustworthiness of financial services.

In response to the FSC's 'Open Securities 2.0' policy, the 'Custody e-Hand' app has recently launched two value-added services. First, in collaboration with the Taiwan Futures Exchange, it introduced the 'Futures Data Inquiry' service. After investors authorize through the exchange's 'Trader Personal Information Inquiry System,' they can view futures account details, position balances, and transaction records directly within the 'Custody e-Hand' app.

Additionally, the Central Securities Depository has partnered with eight major securities firms to launch the 'Online Wealth Information Transfer' service. When investors need to adjust trading limits or apply for margin accounts, they can securely and efficiently transmit their asset holdings and transaction details from other securities accounts to the receiving broker via online application.

According to the Central Securities Depository, both services went live on July 8. By the end of July, the total number of submitted applications exceeded 220,000, indicating strong investor demand for cross-institutional data integration and digital services. This marks another step forward in Taiwan's open finance application scenarios. Going forward, the organization will continue to prioritize investor needs, deepen fintech applications, and build a safer, more convenient, and trustworthy digital financial service environment.
