Post-tax net profit reached NT$107 million, turning profitable year-on-year, with earnings per share at NT$0.64.
Looking ahead to the second half, Dyaco indicated that its commercial fitness equipment business will be the primary growth driver this year. The company recently succeeded in entering major North American chain gyms, including Anytime Fitness, Orangetheory Fitness, and Snap Fitness, and plans to continue deepening its presence in the North American market while expanding into other regions.
Dyaco has increased investment in R&D for commercial strength training products, which were previously underdeveloped, launching a new line of commercial strength training equipment that is gradually converting into orders. The company noted that its market share in commercial fitness equipment was only about 0.3% in 2025, with a five-year goal to exceed 1%.
Additionally, Dyaco continues to expand diversified growth sources, announcing in late July its entry into the unmanned vehicle market. It has established a U.S. subsidiary, Santi Innovation, assembled an experienced team, and completed the initial setup of a local production base in the United States.
