The Taiwan Stock Exchange stated that domestic listed companies (excluding financial and insurance firms) were required to complete the filing of their 2026 second-quarter financial reports by today (14th). Among the 961 companies due to report, all 960 have successfully completed the process except for panel manufacturer Ling Chu Technology (8105-TW), which failed to meet the deadline.
The exchange noted that the reporting deadline for 32 financial and insurance companies is August 31. Investors are reminded to fully understand a company's financial status before trading stocks. All financial reports and electronic documents can be accessed and downloaded via the 'Public Information Observation Station'.
The long-delayed 34.65% equity transfer between Juyi Investment and Japanese firm Toppan has been finalized in late June. Following this, Ling Chu appointed Hsiang Fu-chi, former Executive Vice President of Global Operations at AU Optronics, as its new Chairman during its end-of-June board meeting. In line with shareholder resolution, the company plans to convene an extraordinary shareholders' meeting before September 30 to fully re-elect its board of directors.
