Industrial computer leader Advantech (2395-TW) participated in the Taipei International Logistics, IoT, and Cold Chain Technology Exhibition, collaborating with the Taiwan Cold Chain Association and industry partners to showcase smart operation solutions across warehousing, transportation, port, and retail environments.
Advantech’s exhibition focuses on edge computing and AI technologies, spanning from devices and computing platforms to field applications. Through hardware-software integration and ecosystem collaboration, the company aims to help enterprises optimize operational workflows and management, accelerating the deployment of AI from proof-of-concept to real-world implementation.
For intelligent port management, Advantech’s LEO-L50 outdoor asset tracking device integrates with Beichen Technology’s container management system to enhance visibility of port assets. Within port operations, autonomous driving applications leverage the TREK in-vehicle computer combined with LiDAR environmental sensing technology, integrating automated guided vehicle (AGV) solutions to support port transportation tasks.
In smart warehousing, Advantech enhances operational safety and warehouse management using edge AI. The UBX edge computing computer paired with VisionSense’s image-based AI solution strengthens on-site safety monitoring. In collaboration with Jiayan Intelligence, Advantech deploys AIM industrial tablets to create a smart warehouse solution that connects warehouse equipment, AI-driven scheduling, and order management, optimizing cargo handling, picking, and inventory processes.
Beyond smart logistics, Advantech also presents smart retail solutions, including smart POS systems, self-service kiosks, and image AI computing platforms. The UTK self-service terminal and UTC all-in-one computer can be flexibly deployed across diverse environments such as logistics centers, ports, and retail outlets.
