GreTai convened its 11th 29th Director and Supervisor Joint Meeting this afternoon (June 24), demonstrating a firm commitment to advancing capital market development and strengthening market regulations. The meeting approved the listing applications of five enterprises, injecting fresh momentum into the GreTai market, while also amending relevant provisions of its business rules to raise penalty fees for broker-dealers, aiming to enforce settlement discipline.

The five companies whose listing applications were approved by the GreTai joint meeting are: Denfong Microelectronics (7872-TW), Tensei (7889-TW), Shuocheng Technology (7669-TW), Polai Technology (7562-TW), and Puda Systems (6599-TW). With their successful approval, investors can expect access to more diversified investment opportunities.

Furthermore, to encourage securities firms to strictly adhere to settlement obligations and reduce the frequency of delayed deliveries—thereby maintaining overall market order—the meeting also passed amendments to Article 94-1 of the 'Rules Governing Securities Trading at Securities Firms’ Business Premises.' These revisions adjust the penalty fee amounts accordingly. GreTai stated that the regulatory amendment will be submitted to the competent authority for approval before being officially announced and implemented.
