Tengshi (7889-TW), a developer of human and pet health supplements, is experiencing steady operational growth. Its OTC listing application has cleared another critical stage, having been approved today (24th) by the OTC Board and Supervisory Joint Meeting. The company's latest revenue data shows NT$69.67 million in August 2026, down 5.49% month-on-month and 1.36% year-on-year. However, cumulative revenue from January to August 2026 reached NT$602 million, representing a 10.61% year-on-year increase.

With a current capitalization of NT$207 million, Tengshi's financial report for the first half of 2026 reveals an after-tax net profit of NT$45.87 million, or NT$2.24 per share.

Tengshi's overall operations demonstrate a healthy 'multi-brand tiered growth' model. Core brands continue to leverage economies of scale and maintain stable revenue expansion, while emerging brands are delivering strong performance, contributing significant growth momentum to total revenue.

The company attributes the positive year-on-year revenue growth in the first eight months to the sustained robust performance of its health brands 'Damo Bencao' and 'Mao Hai Era', which have grown steadily across online platforms such as the official website, COZPPY, Shopee, and Pet Park, as well as physical retail channels. Notably, joint and bone health products have shown outstanding sales performance.

Beyond the stable revenue base from core brands, Tengshi's strategic investments in precision health and premium pet care markets are now yielding results. The Japanese functional wellness brand 'Oshima Biomedical' and the palatability-focused pet healthcare brand 'O-Pet' have both achieved triple-digit year-on-year growth in August, significantly boosting Tengshi's overall revenue performance this year.

As Taiwan's e-commerce market enters a mature competitive phase, traditional traffic advantages are diminishing, and platforms face increasing pressure to transform their growth and profitability models. Adopting AI technology for precision marketing has become a key differentiator. Tengshi emphasizes that, building on its deep and mature e-commerce expertise, the company has fully integrated a Customer Data Platform (CDP) and AI-powered automated marketing tools to deeply analyze customer purchase behavior.

Through AI-driven big data analytics, Tengshi has doubled member purchasing power on its official website this year. The company can now accurately predict customer repurchase cycles and latent needs, effectively reducing wasteful ad spending by concentrating marketing resources on high-conversion, high-average-order-value product bundles. This AI-powered precision marketing strategy has not only significantly improved advertising ROI and customer loyalty but also directly translated into strong sales momentum, driving continuous volume growth across digital channels—especially its official website. This has propelled flagship brands such as Damo Bencao, Oshima Biomedical, and Yougu Bei to record-breaking revenue highs.

Notably, revenue from e-commerce platforms accounted for a clear 19.98% year-on-year increase in Tengshi's January–August 2026 revenue, showcasing its highly efficient tech-driven e-commerce capabilities.
