Four Major Welfare Industry Companies to Hold Online Recruitment Event "Fukushi Career Fes 2026" for Students

NICHII HOLDINGS CO., LTD. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Sota Nakagawa, hereinafter "the Company") is pleased to announce that together with three other major welfare industry companies (Gakken Cocofun Co., Ltd., SOMPO Care Inc., and TSUKUI CO., LTD., in alphabetical order), we will hold an online recruitment event for students using Zoom, titled "Fukushi Career Fes 2026," on June 21st.

Background of the Event

In Japan, where the birthrate is declining and the population is aging, the care and welfare sectors play a crucial role in supporting society.

However, creating touchpoints with young people who will lead the future and promoting understanding of the work are significant challenges for the industry.

Against this backdrop, four major welfare industry companies have collaborated to organize this event with the aim of conveying the appeal and rewarding aspects of working in the welfare sector to students. Through initiatives that transcend corporate boundaries, we aim to create opportunities for more people to deepen their understanding of the welfare industry.

"Fukushi Career Fes 2026" will feature programs that allow participants to understand the overall industry trends and the unique characteristics of each participating company through comparison. This will provide an opportunity to deepen industry understanding while finding choices that suit them.
