In the construction industry, not only is it difficult to secure construction management engineers, but the early turnover of secured personnel is also a significant issue. The continuation of labor shortages and early turnover can lead to cases where the workload and training burden are concentrated on site managers and supervisors, resulting in "site burnout (operational failure)."

This webinar will organize the current state and trends of the construction industry's labor market, and then delve into the factors causing early turnover among dispatched workers being accepted. Furthermore, it will clearly explain the methods of acceptance, role division, and follow-up points necessary for site retention and skill development to avoid falling into "site burnout (operational failure)" due to labor shortages.

Participant Benefits

After the webinar, participants who complete the survey will receive a "Acceptance Checklist" summarizing key points to confirm when accepting dispatched workers, and the "Webinar Materials from the Day."
