Ninben Co., Ltd. will launch two summer-limited bento boxes and six side dishes at its dashi deli 'Ichiju Shunsai Nihonbashi Dashiba' on June 1, 2026. The concept is 'Quality meals with umami,' featuring seasonal summer vegetables seasoned with bonito dashi and a spicy twist. Items include 'Summer Vegetable Dashi Soup Curry' (980 yen), 'Japanese-style Potato Salad with Jalapeño' (450 yen), and 'Octopus and Summer Vegetable Dashi Marinade' (500 yen). Hearty bento options like 'Shiki Bento - Summer' (1,200 yen) and 'Summer Colorful Dashi Bento' (1,500 yen) will also be available. The products will be sold at six locations, including the Newman Shinjuku, Sogo Yokohama, Seibu Ikebukuro, Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi, Ecute Shinagawa, and Tobu Ikebukuro stores.
